All brand new in box. This camera requires 1000mA or above REGULATED power supply. Due to the high currency consumption of the 48 Leds power supply below 1000 mA may not provide sufficient power especially when extension cable is used. UNREGULATED power supply is not stable. A 12 v unregulated power supply may give transient high voltage over 20 v which is enough to burn your camera. To be safe always use regulated power supply. This is important for all cameras.
